Booking Times

  • Monday, May 12 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Room 1115
      2:00 pm - 4:20 pm  
    Tuesday, May 13 10:00 am - 12:40 pm Room 142
    1. Choose Brass from the Area/Instrument dropdown
    2. Choose the appropriate duration (10 minute jury, 20 minute proficiency) from the Type/Duration dropdown
    3. Click on the appropriate green "time available" icon in the grid below. Note that for 20 minute juries, you do NOT need to book two slots separately. If you make sure that two consecutive slots are available and select 20 minutes from the duration dropdown, two consescutive slots will be booked as a single block.
    4. Click Submit
    5. You will receive an email confirming your time that will include a cancel code that you can use if for any reason you need to cancel your booking.

    Instructions

    1. Log in to your account.

    2. Select Voice from the "Area/Instrument" dropdown

    3. Select the proper duration for your jury from the Type/Duration dropdown: 4 minutes for minors and electives, 8 minutes for MUED, Mus. In., Comp., and Jazz students, and 12 minutes for Graduate students, Performance majors, Music Theatre majors, and first-semester students.

    4. Click on an appropriate green "time available" icon in the grid below. Note that the green icons represent 4 minute increments. Make sure that two (for 8 minutes) or 3 (for 12 minutes) consecutive slots are available and click the first of that group. The multiple increments will be booked as a single slot of the chosen duration.

    5. Click "Submit." You will receive an email confirming your time that will include a cancel code that you can use if for any reason you need to cancel your booking.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your jury time.
    Be sure to complete your jury forms BEFORE your jury time!
